For NQTs, our support programme is outstanding and successful. You will be supported by a dedicated ITT Coordinator and a mentor.

CLASS TEACHER – MATHEMATICS

About the opportunity

That team consists of experienced and new teachers who enjoy sharing their pedagogy, the variety of teaching methods and resources. The department set up their own twitter page; attend maths conferences and regularly network with other schools to make sure ideas are current. This year Maths results are vastly improved at KS4 and the team are looking to build on this and are looking for a colleague who wants to join them. Our KS3 curriculum is currently being transformed to ensure our students are enthused early.

CLASS TEACHER – SCIENCE

The Science Team is a vibrant, friendly and young team are looking for a new colleague who will enjoy working collaboratively and across the wider school community. The team proudly boast their improved outcomes of doubling GCSE exam results and positive L3VA scores for A level sciences in the last year.

All are passionate to raise standards further and instil a love for Science. We use the AQA GCSE syllabus for GCSE and A Level. Departmental SOWS are in place and resources are shared.
