Year 10 History Ufton Court Revision Trip

This week our Year 10 Historians went to Ufton Court for a revision trip. The aim was to use the Tudor Mansion to better understand the Reformation in Tudor England. They benefited from a combination of teacher led revision sessions followed by Ufton Court staff leading them through a variety of Tudor based role play lessons; and also some outdoor education.

This trip allowed students to find their inner Tudor self; dressing up in the clothing of the Tudors and taking part in a Tudor banquet. Living as Tudors allowed the students to understand what it was like at the time and the difficult decisions that had to be made in an ever changing world.
