ParentPay is an online system that allows you to make payments 24/7 for a variety of purposes, including school dinners, trips, and after-school clubs.
Thank you to all parents who have registered and are paying for lunches, trips and other items via ParentPay. Please note we no longer accept cash in school for lunches, trips, and equipment items. If you need a password reset or a reminder of your username or activation codes, please send an email to [email protected] quoting your child’s name and a reminder will be issued.
The Academy can provide additional logins if required (if perhaps parents want separate logins). If you would like an additional login, please email [email protected]. Logins can be provided for any contact. Please tell us the student’s name, the contact's name, and the contact’s email address, and the new login will be provisioned.
Currently, parents have been paying for lunches, equipment, and trips, and we will soon be adding items to ParentPay as necessary. For those on free school meals, lunch money is credited directly, but please note parents can add money for extra items/trips for those in receipt of free school meals.
If parents purchase equipment items, these can be collected from A17 24 hours. We will still ask you to complete permission forms for trips.
If for some reason you are unable to set up a ParentPay account, you can request a Paypoint card from the Academy’s finance office to pay for food from the restaurant, and a barcoded letter for any other items.
The school office will issue you with your unique ParentPay account activation details. Once you have received these details, simply log on to the ParentPay website to activate your account.
What are the benefits to parents and pupils?
ParentPay is easy to use and will offer you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24/7. The technology used is of the highest internet security available, ensuring that your money will reach school safely — offering you peace of mind.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card or through PayPoint. Full payment histories and statements are subsequently available to you securely online at any time.
By using ParentPay, you can ensure that your children doesn’t have to worry about losing money at school. What’s more, if your child is eligible for free school meals or universal infant free school meals (reception, year 1, and year 2 children), you will be able to select meals online using Parent Pay, Although there will be no need to ‘checkout’ and pay, choices must be saved. Parents can choose to be alerted when their balances are low via email and/or SMS text.
